Add Google Gadgets To Your Webpage

October 4, 2006 – 7:19 am

If you need to add some functionality to your website, then check out the Google Gadget Directory, which has a number of new “gadgets” that you can easily snap into your page. To say that’s it easy to install a Google Gadget is an understatement.

Here are the steps:

1) Choose the Gadget you want from the Google Gadget Directory
2) Click on the Gadget
3) Make any color customizations you want
4) Copy the produced code and paste it into your HTML page.

Here’s an example of a page that displays the current moon phase. All told it took less than a few minutes to install and customize the code.

Check out these Google Gadgets, if you haven’t already.
